How to order
To place an order on our website you need first to log in to your account or to create a new account http://www.rubinshop.ro/eng/ , in case you are not registered. Creating a new account means completing the necessary fields with your contact details.
Please complete all required fields with real data for one of our representatives to validate account in a short time. Also, by creating your account, you can notice and order history, stock and price products.
Our schedule is: Monday-Friday 8.00 - 17.00
The online order
can be placed by adding the products into the shopping basket also by mentioning the number of each item you would like to buy. After adding all the products you would like to buy you need to click on the ‘Finalize your order’ button.
Next, you need to write the address where you want to receive the products. The order will be finalized with a click on the ‘Send the order’ button. A member of our staff will then contact you, shortly. We need your contact details only for the products delivery, they will not be used in other purposes or shared with a third party.
Payment method:
Payment in advance through a payment order. You will make the money transfer after you receive the invoice through e-mail. The original invoice will be received in the package. The order will be prepared after your payment is received.
The prices are expressed in EUR.
The minimum order is 100 EUR, delivery costs are not included.
