1. How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an automated email receipt of your order, and then you will  be contacted by telephone or email by our Sales Department to confirm the reception of the order placed.

2. What is the delivery time of an order?
Maximum of 1 working day for localities in Romania and 2 days for localities outside Romania.

We import and distribute wooden boxes, plastic dressed in velvet boxes, plastic or cardboard boxes.

4.What is the interior made of?
The interiors are made of cardboard, sponge or sponge dressed in velvet.

5. What colors can the interior have?
The interiors of the boxes can be white or matching the exterior.

6.Can the interior be taken out?
Some interiors are fixed, but some can be detachable.

7. Are the boxes suitable for other items then jewelries?
The boxes are suitable for all models pf golden or silver jewelries or other jewelries. Some models can be used as medals, pins and badges holders.
